Certificate of authenticity

Every painting you buy in our gallery is an original work of art. With every painting we sell you receive a certificate of authenticity, which guarantees that you are buying a work by that specific artist.

Please note that buying a painting does not transfer its copyright — you do not acquire the right to use the artwork commercially, for example to copy it or produce reproductions.

30-day return guarantee

Our main goal is to help you find the one artwork that truly fits and delights you — it is an object that will decorate your home for a long time and will eventually be passed on to future generations.

Although by law works of art cannot be returned (the seller's consent is required), don't worry — if you have doubts within 30 days of the purchase date, contact us: we will take the work back and refund your money, or offer you to choose another one from our art platform!

Delivery

Delivery time: 10–14 business days. Every artwork ships insured by courier (FedEx/DHL) with a tracking number. Originals are one-off pieces and are packed with particular care. If you need the piece sooner, contact us — we can usually find a solution. For deliveries outside the EU, import duties may apply; these are borne by the recipient.

Returns

As a consumer you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the goods — no reasons needed. Details and the model withdrawal form are in our withdrawal notice (linked in the footer). Beyond that, as a courtesy we accept returns up to 30 days after receipt — an artwork should truly delight you. Contact us and we will find a solution.

Lukas Šiupšinskas is a contemporary artist whose work investigates the boundary between object and meaning. He approaches art from a deeply philosophical perspective, treating it as a mode of thought that channels abstract ideas through individual experience. For Šiupšinskas, articulating these ideas is essential; he sees art as a mirror and an extension of the inner self.

His creative expression spans a broad array of media, such as graphics, photography, and animation. This adaptability grants him the freedom to experiment with distinct forms, each providing new avenues to convey emotions and concepts. While his artistic practice spans several mediums, sculpture is at the core of his work.

Šiupšinskas is particularly drawn to sculpture because it disrupts the line between an object's essence and its significance, prompting viewers to reconsider and reinterpret what they perceive. By engaging with three-dimensional forms, he produces pieces that occupy space and stimulate conversation about both the material reality of objects and their symbolic meaning.

By working across disciplines, Lukas Šiupšinskas delves into the point where materiality and meaning converge. His creations function as personal expressions as well as universal investigations into art's ability to embody abstract thought in tangible forms, encouraging his viewers to reflect and participate actively.
