Right of Withdrawal

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods. If you ordered several goods in one order that are delivered separately, the period starts with possession of the last good.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. You can also fill in our online withdrawal form (link in the footer).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except supplementary costs arising from your choice of a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we are informed of your decision. We will use the same means of payment as for the initial transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day you communicate your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised (Art. 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU).

In our gallery this concerns only individually commissioned works (commissions on request). Original artworks from our catalogue are not excluded from the right of withdrawal.
